DAILY PRAYER REQUESTS

“Make me understand the way of Your precepts.”-Psalm, 119: 27.

In the Bible, we have Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth. Understanding what it tells us about forgiveness, love, faithfulness and all the other attributes of God is extremely helpful in the here and now. Knowing the power and availability of the Holy Spirit to transform us from the inside out allows us to bring Christ's eternal perspective to our daily lives.

PRAYER REQUESTS

  • Bonnie asks that we please pray for her husband Brian’s mom, Linda. Pray that she would come to know the Lord and his comfort.  pray that meetings we have this week related to her care and living situation would glorify God and things that have been hidden come to light.

  • A while back we prayed for Faithe, one of our faithful volunteers, who broke her leg while on the Oregon coast. She needs our support again. She hurt her leg again. The plate doctors put in is bent and she will have another surgery Friday morning at St. Luke's Boise. She also needs a place for her son Christian, 10, to stay until she can get home again.

  • Pray for the family of last week’s Quinn Pond drowning victim. They are refugees who arrived in the U.S. just nine days before the accident. Pray that the church will respond with the love of Christ to comfort them and that all their needs are met.

  • Pray for an anonymous woman who is very lonely and really wants a husband who knows and follows Jesus. Ask that she will lean on Jesus for all things.

  • Pray for a woman who is in a struggle with Child Protective Service for the return of six of her seven kids who have been placed in foster care. Right now they do not have suitable housing. Ask that Jesus will become the focus of all that she does.

Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us, and if we know that He hears us, we know we have the petitions that we have asked of Him. - I John 5:14-15
