Prayer

DAILY PRAYER REQUESTS

  • Please pray for Kim and Stephen. Their marriage is in a desperate place. He is in the military and they are stationed in Germany. In January things reached a point where she felt she could no longer stay with him so she returned to her family in Idaho. Please pray for God to work in both their hearts and bring healing to their marriage.

  • Please pray for Roberto, Madelyn’s former father-in-law who is very ill back east. He has a Roman Catholic background but she is unsure of his real understanding of the saving grace of Christ. Pray that the Lord will send Christians to witness to him and that he will understand his need for a Savior.

  • Please pray for Elijah.  Last week he had a mental breakdown at school and was threatening to kill himself.  The school called authorities and he was admitted to Intermountain.  Please pray for him and his family. Pray especially for his mom to be comforted and strengthened by the Lord. God has a mighty call on Elijah’s life. Pray that nothing stands in the way of God’s perfect plan for him.

  • Pray for Jonie’s dad. He had a routine gallbladder surgery three months ago and has been hospitalized with necrotic pancreatitis ever since. Recently, he was moved to the ICU with fluid in and around his lungs and severe infection throughout his body. Please pray for God to comfort the family and give them peace. Pray that the Lord will heal him completely and quickly. Ask too that the family will be a light to all they meet during this hard time.

  • Pray for Derick who is still in Tulsa.  He particularly requests prayer for his vision. The treatment started affecting his optic nerve this week.  He is also very exhausted as they are increasing the radiation. He will travel alone back to Boise next Thursday. That is also very challenging for him.  Pray that he will know that God is his ever-present help in all of this.  Ask the Lord to also give his mom great comfort and peace.

 The following are anonymous requests:

  • Please pray for my children and me.  We recently had our living situation pulled out from under us and are homeless.  Pray that we can have strength to get through and stay loving and close.

  • Pray for a mother and daughter---both believers---who are having a difficult time. Pray for the Lord to go between them and heal the rocky parts of their relationship.

  • Pray for the upcoming Good Friday and Easter services.  Pray that we will reflect the love and glory and power of Jesus. Pray that everyone involved - - -- Hospitality team, Prayer Team, Children’s Ministry team, Pastors, Worship team members, EVERYONE will be in good health and great humor.  Pray that there is great joy and unity among them.  Pray especially that their health will be protected and that those who are ill will be healed quickly and completely.
