DAILY PRAYER REQUESTS

 

  •  Our Children’s Ministry asks that we please pray for this weekend’s volunteer meeting and fellowship. Ask that it will be a blessed time for our volunteers and is refreshing as we head into this new year.

  • One of our AWANA’s coordinator’s has an unsaved husband who has been really sick lately. Pray that his health is restored and also that he will come to know Jesus as his Lord and Savior

  • One of our Children’s Ministry coordinators is stepping down for health reasons. Pray for rest and healing for her.

  • Please continue to pray that the Lord will bring the right volunteers to carry out every task necessary to serve the families of our church well.

  • Please pray for Angel who was seriously injured in an explosion in Mexico yesterday. He was flown to Houston for treatment. Pray that he recovers and that God is glorified.

  • Please pray for Elsa who leads our Growing Old Gracefully class. She is experiencing significant health problems and will be unable to lead the group next week. Pray for Delores who will fill in for her. Pray that doctors are able to successfully diagnose and treat Elsa.

  • Jeremy needs prayer to find a place to live, overcome his addiction and heal his relationship with Julie.  Also pray that his children will learn to forgive him.  He needs a Christian family. 

  • Please continue to pray for Derick who is in California preparing for brain surgery. His mother and his son intend to fly to join him tomorrow. Pray for their travels and that the entire trip and all procedures will be blessed.

  Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us, and if we know that He hears us, we know we have the petitions that we have asked of Him. –  I John 5:14-15
